My expectations were low going in just knowing all the tactics of sales in general and the horror stories I hear of how shady dealerships are.To my surprise I was totaly floored by how easy and open the sales people are .My sales person Mark made me feel comfortable and and I dint have have my guard up as it was the same in the financing department very relaxed and at ease couldn't ask for a better way or place to buy a car (Subaru Forester)
