Satisfied Customer with minor glitches

I would have prefered to make my service appointment with a real person. The AI booking process is flawed and difficult to accomplish what I intended. It didn't understand me at all. Secondly, it would have been nice if they brought my car back to me. Instead, I was given my keys and told the car is out in the lot somewhere. I had to search for it. :-(
