I hope this message finds you well. I want to take a moment to provide feedback on a recent experience I had at your establishment. During my visit, I was engaging in a conversation with one of your employees, Garret, who was courteous and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, this positive interaction was disrupted when another staff member, Loan Pham (based on the information from your webpage), interjected with a tone that came across as combative and unprofessional. Rather than assisting in resolving the matter, her approach assumed wrongdoing on my part, which was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. As a customer, I expect professionalism and a collaborative approach to resolving issues, and this interaction fell short of that standard. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, to the point that I am reconsidering future visits. Given that I live nearby in Newton, I have alternative options, such as Grava and Lawless, which I will now consider over your establishment. I believe this situation could have been avoided with better communication and customer service training. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience for others.
