I have had numerous service work through the years. Adam is fantastic. Answers questions and more importantly, keeps in touch with the customer. There are others that lack in that department (ten fold) so I have now learned to get to him, when checking in, at all costs. And I don’t need to be micromanaged by a service rep. but a few have left me stranded wondering WTH was going on, but not Adam!
