I’ll be calling when they open today but the reason for 1 star is a few things plus the big one. First I made my appointment 3-4 weeks ago because that’s all they had available and I put in all the services I wanted plus they have a option for a rental and I put yes because I knew what I wanted done will be 3-4 hours. I get there and LO and behold no rental. He said I have to call a week in advance to get one. I told him I did it a month in advance on your website, he said it doesn’t work or clicking the option actually doesn’t actually do anything. I told him you have an option for a rental on your website that doesn’t actually do anything? So what’s the point of it? Why even have the option if it does nothing? I told him IRA Lexus next door has a similar thing in their website but when you check it guess what, you get a loaner for the day. Second I’ve asked this service department twice now to align my hood, it came like that from the factory and I have pictures from the day I picked it up to prove it. Both times my request has been completely ignored. Third I brought my car in spotless because I just cleaned it and I get the car back covered all over the hood, roof, trunk, side panels the doors and all the windows in hard water stains. Like they grabbed a hose sprayed my car and drove it outside the service bay and left it there until I grabbed it. I never told the, to wash my car and if that’s their wash they should be ashamed of themselves. I had to go sit at a car wash for 30 minutes and pay $20 for it to be cleaned off or it would start to imbed into the paint. And last but definitely the biggest I paid for an oil change and tire rotation, I went to target after and checked my car and guess what? They never rotated the tires but charged me for it. That’s defrauding the customer by charging for services not rendered. The reason I could tell was one my valve stem cover must of fell off on my front passenger tire and there’s a white mark on my rear passenger tire and both were in the exact position they were when I dropped my car off. Now that puts into question if they even changed my oil and changed the filter. I want a full refund and a refund for the car wash I had to do again as well. If not I might have to call the DA’s office that Herb Chambers in Danvers are defrauding their customers.
