Herb Chambers is a shiny, nice place with friendly people... a well-oiled machine, designed to grind you down. We were there for 2 and a half hours... literally... did get a nice test ride... and were still waiting for them to us with the first sales offer when my head exploded. Left and bought a truck in 30 minutes at another dealership. They do have free ice cream while you wait.
