Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers

The used car looked at had been on the lot for over two weeks and still somehow had not been through the service department... Made some odd noises from the drivetrain / brakes. My salesman although somewhat pleasant was not very helpful. His manager was even worse, not even willing not negotiate on price in the least... Went so far as to write a rude message on the salesman's piece of paper causing me to promptly leave. A simple no, or counter offer was apparently far too courteous for this gentleman. Not my fault if they got screwed on the trade... Overall definitely would prefer not to do business with them again, possibly even avoiding Herb Chambers dealerships in general on principle alone. They wont get my business or my friends when we graduate from college in a year.... ridiculous.
