Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers

My 10-year old car needed to be replaced. I finally decided on a Jeep Wrangler. My husband asked a friend who knows a lot about cars to recommend a place to start the process. Without hesitation, he told us to go to Herb Chambers in Danvers. We played it smart and made an appointment so we wouldn't have to wait around if they were busy (and they were!) I don't think we were the most difficult customers to come through those doors, but I'm sure we weren't the easiest. Glenn C. gave us his undivided attention, and was incredibly thorough with his explanations about the different types of Wrangler vehicles. We drove several Wranglers and even changed our minds more than once. He NEVER showed any sign of frustration or being impatient. He made the whole process seamless and painless. All the staff we interacted with (General Manager, Financial/Credit Manager, etc.) We very professional AND personable. There was no "back-and-forth" on the pricing. They gave us a fair deal on my trade-in and were honest and upfront about the cost of the new vehicle. My husband will be turning in his lease next year and will be buying a car. If he thinks he might like one of the MANY different lines Herb Chambers carries, we wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
