I couldn’t have better things to say about the crew at Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time leasing and they made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget. Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect. All in all, the team made my experience a very positive one (with quite a few laughs along the way) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed!
