Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers

In February 2014 we bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Herb Chambers in Danvers. As I had previously stated, EVERYONE made the experience a real pleasure. Now that the good weather is upon us, we decided to remove the hard top and set the soft top in place. Unfortunately, neither my husband nor I are mechanically inclined or particularly clever. We (and a friend) worked on it for HOURS. I think my husband was ready to kill me! Finally, we called our sales rep Glen C who graciously offered to have me swing in to get some help. I was promptly met by Glen and super-top-installer Seth A. He explained that the top was brand new and that was why it was so tight and reluctant to be cooperative. He also crawled all over that thing and got it on and secured. I am going to revisit Seth with my husband so we can be better versed in soft-top instructions (but we'll NEVER be as good as Seth!)
