Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers

I purchased a car from another Herb Chambers dealership three years ago and had decided to look at a Dodge Durango, so went to Herb Chambers CJDR of Danvers. I had no previous contact with anyone there. As I walked in the door, Mike N. was walking by the main door, and he greeted me and asked if he could help me. I asked about the Dodge Durango, and he handled my initial inquiry and my purchase of the Durango I wanted. He was very professional and also friendly and very helpful and attentive. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Mike and with the dealership. When I needed to see other people, he brought them to me or shepherded me where I needed to go and made sure I knew what was happening at all times. Mike provided me with outstanding customer service. I also worked with Will, the Sales Manager, and with Joe in Finance. Everyone with whom I worked and with whom I spoke was friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better car buying experience. And I love my new Durango! I can't say enough good things about Mike and this dealership.
