A Stress-free Car Buying Experience

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Ruzhena at Herb Chambers Audi. I am new to the brand. She took the time to fully explain the Audi offerings and the many features of the specific car I was interested in. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. She is very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Communication with her during the process of registering my new car was swift and easy. The entire experience from beginning to end was above what you expect from your average dealership. I would not hesitate to work with her again.
