Did not have the best experience here unfortunately. Was given an estimated 1 week for work to be done. After 1.5 weeks I called them to get an update. I spoke with a mechanic instead of the service rep/manager. Mechanic told me they had to completely build a new engine from scrap and it would be lucky to be done in another week as they were waiting on a part to come in. At this point I requested a loaner car. 3 weeks later the work is done and I am told that I need to get the loaner car back asap as there is technically a charge 24 hours after the work is complete. It's Thursday, I asked to return Monday as I have to work and am gone this weekend. Was told that wouldn't be possible. I can understand the time it takes to fix the engine can be out of your control, but communicating better when the work would be done would have allowed me to plan pickup better as I am 1.5 hours away. Im burning a vacation day tomorrow to go swap out for my car. Giving 2 stars as at least the loaner car was nice.
