Gary Francois saved the day!

onMy service experience turned out well despite initial hiccups. I believed a $750 repair my out-of-warranty RAV 4 required was due to a defect & not attributable to me. I found a very honest conscientious service manager, Gary Francois, who interceded with Toyota on my behalf and refused to take NO for an answer. If not for Gary, I don’t believe it would have ended so well.
