HC Toyota Service has taken care of all my Toyotas for almost two decades. While technology has made smarter cars with the alerts, it requires humans to diagnose and repair the problem. Sean Cho is an excellent Service Advisor who listens to my concerns, communicates with the technicians., and clearly explains the diagnosis and costs. He is aware of the expense of auto repair and suggests specials, if available.
