Started the car process with Carlos and the lovely Ms. Stefania was able to seal the deal with the financial piece of this puzzle. The staff was always very understanding and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle in general but this go around at this particular location was much smoother than my first time at a previous dealership.
