Dealership Service Review
I had an appointment at 7am. Arrived at 6:55am and the door wasn’t opened yet. There were 2 cars on the side with engine off. There’s no sign saying I need to wait on the line. I drove to the door and then a guy waiting in the line came out of his car and started yelling at me (in a rude way), also one stuff came out as well and also telling me out loud to stay in a line. This is the first time I came to this dealership for service. That’s was a very bad experience and that ruined my day as well. Luckily they completely the service and addressed the small issue I had with the car. However, when I went back to pick up the car. They couldn’t find my car because they put the wrong service tag# in the system/paperwork. A few stuff members came to me and looked at the paperwork running around but still not able locate my car. Then someone moved one car from the lot then I saw my car was behind. I sat there watching my car because no stuff was available until a few minutes later. I told them my car was sitting there and then they realized the tag on the car was different from the one on the paper. Also, they didn’t wash my car. They didn’t even ask if I need a car wash either when I dropped it off. Lastly, I got a message saying the service for my car had been completed and I can text back and tell them when I’ll be there to pick up the car. I texted back but never get a reply. I ended up calling the dealership directly. Overall not a very good experience.
