onWhen I arrived they told me that they were not informed of the issues going on with my series 3 BMW. Both BMW of Medford and Boston have no concerns for the clients. After they told me my car was ready they had me waiting for forty minutes. They could not find my car. And when they did, they never washed it. And for the record, no one explained to me what was done to it.
