My service advisor was Alexandra Rutherford. She was professional and made this experience so easy. She contacted me within the timeframe that she said that she would. She explained everything to me about what and when it would take place. On the day of service she was right there to take care of me. She is very pleasant and a breath of fresh air. It's nice dealing with someone who takes care of you and makes you feel comfortable.
