I question how a dealership of this type would be so dis functional. My salesman Adam is great. However a dealership that cannot spell my name correctly, nor document my address correctly, and not calculate the numbers for an accurate invoice is mind blowing. The delays in the purchasing process because of these issues are beyond frustrating. I certainly hope I receive a better experience with the service department when that time comes.
