Lexus of Towson

This is by far the best dealership we have ever bought a car from. Our salesman Mike Crusoe was amazing. He walked us through the entire process and gave us 5 star service. He was excellent when it came to calling us back, answering our questions and keeping us informed. We are out of state buyer so we were purchasing a car site unseen. He took several pictures and videos and that made us feel comfortable about buying from the dealership. The finance department (Mr. Weisfeld) got us a better rate than our credit union. We were having problems with our transport company and Mike helped us secure a company that delivered to our front door in 2 days. We highly recommend this dealership, the sales team, the finance team and the management team. Thank you 🙂
