Dealership Sales Review
Purchased a 2017 rx350. Courtney who was my sales person was great to work with. Got my vehicle for the price I wanted. Windows sticker clearly stated the $995 delivery, processing and handling fee. When I was signing the paperwork for the purchase, I had been too trusting and just assumed that they the finance manager had just added the taxes and tags but instead he had tacked on another $975 for dealer delivery fee again. Had gone in the next day to inquire about this charge and was told that every time the car is not sold at sticker, the dealer delivery would be charged a second time. To me, this is a very dirty tactic used to sway a customer thinking he had gotten the vehicle at the price he wanted. Finance manager started off being nice to us but as soon as we did not purchase any products from him, his personality and tone had changed. He had made it sound like I'm the only customer that was stupid to not get a maintence plan or protection plan. I had recently read other reviewers that they had been treated the same way too as they had refused to purchase the products from him. I would certainly deal with Courtney again as the negotiation of the price was clear cut and simple. I would definitely make sure that I will not get dinged twice for a dealer fee. A very unfair tactic used by the dealership.
