onAppointment was at 10am. Was there for an 1:45 minutes. When I enquired why it took so long was advised they had only 1 mechanic and 15 vehicles. My suggestion is to let the customer know this before hand so they have the option of rescheduling. A gift card would be nice to at least show they care about their customers.
