False Commitment of Dale's at AutoNation

onAfter almost a year of purchasing of my beautiful Chevy, they never give me a manual, not fixed my heated seats and rear park assist. It was includes later retrofit, and it's still not done yet. Shocked! after my first service is done, the engine light gets ON !!! On revisiting, they took out off.
