Scott was quick and responsive to all my questions sent via email, and was able to produce a fair quote for my trade in all while in the comfort of my home. All I had to do was show up for my appointment at the Dealership! Phil was also a straight shooter, explaining all the options for warranties for my "slightly used" new vehicle. Thanks again for a quick an easy transaction! John R.
