Very good sales experience with AutoNation

We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from AutoNation Chevy @ Timonium. The whole process was handled very well from start to finish. The sales agents were friendly and helpful but not pushy. We got a very fair deal on our trade-in. They were very helpful in working through all the paperwork to transfer ownership and insurance and registration. Financing was very easy and a better rate than my regular bank was able to offer. The showroom was open and pleasant and clean. Overall, it was an easy and friendly process, and I have no complaints.
