Passport Mazda provides a level of service that is awe-inspiring. My Customer Service Representative, Mr. C.J. Neal is the living embodiment of that service philosophy. My wife and I were made to feel that our satisfaction with the job was his only reason for coming to work. He was polite, welcoming, and professional. Mr. Neal made sure that he updated us in a timely manner about the progress of our car. We are confident that our car MAM has received excellent service. It is truly a pleasure doing business with Passport Mazda.
