Passport Mazda

It was honestly one of the best customer buying experience my wife and I had PERIOD. Prior to committing to buying the Mazda CX9 Grand Touring, we visited two other dealerships and the experience was horrible. We visited the Mazda dealership first, we loved the service and the car, but had to do our due diligence by checking out what the competition had to also offer. Sadly we did not feel welcomed at both dealerships. One dealership was kind enough to take us for a test drive, but when it came down to explaining different options and understanding more about the vehicle and purchase, they had little patients for us. We only asked certain questions due to the detailed breakdown while we were at passport Mazda. The other dealership wanted to run our credit before they would talk to us. We thought that was extremely disrespectful and judgmental of them. So we went back to passport Mazda and purchased the CX9 that week. We are glad we made the purchase, now every time I'm behind the wheel I feel like a kid on Christmas unwrapping a gift. THANK YOU PASSPORT MAZDA!
