Herb Gordon Subaru

I had a great experience at Herb Gordon Subaru, This is the second Subaru I purchased from Herb Gordon in the last 9 months. I went back directly to this dealership and the same salesman, Lakshman Sukar, since I had a very good experience the first time. I purchase the 2015 XV Crosstrek. There were specific options that I wanted so I ordered my vehicle. Lakshman was very professional, organized and very knowledgeable about the Crosstrek and the options available. We did everything online. The transaction went very smoothly. The final price was what we agreed to online, there were not any surprises. The only time I went to the dealership was to pick-up my vehicle. My vehicle arrived ahead of schedule, exactly with all the options I wanted. Picking up the vehicle was easy. I was in and out with my new vehicle in a very short time. I am very happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend this salesperson and the dealership.
