Painless Purchase / Excellent Sales Staff

It doesn't get any better than the experience I had purchasing my 2016 Outback from Herb Gordon Subaru. My salesman, Rich Cross, was upfront in every aspect of the purchase and the factory order was delivered weeks ahead of the original delivery date. He kept me well informed as to when the car would arrive and patiently fielded all of my questions before, during and after the purchase. Compared to the purchase of my previous car, a Toyota Prius from DAR Cars in Rockville MD, Rich and Herb Gordon delivered 5 star service across the board and, without a doubt, I would come back to Rich for any future Subaru's our family purchases.
