A really pleasant experience in buying a car.

I have been thinking about an Outback for 2 1/2 years but I kept putting off that "car buying hassle". This was such a pleasant buying experience and most of it was done over emails. I dealt with Rich Cross and he was such a professional. No pressure at all. I kept thinking this is just too easy. I had to order the car and Rich gave me updates giving me my time frame and I picked it up last Friday. I love this new car and will recommend Rich and Herb Gordon to everyone. Thanks !
