Herb Gordon Subaru

This was my first time buying a Subaru and negotiating via the internet. I found Herb Gordon Subaru and my salesman, Gary G., to be friendly, responsive, professional, knowledgable, polite and not pushy. They were forthright in getting to the lowest price before I came in and did not engage in the typical tactics of other car dealerships I had contacted via the internet. However, dealing through the internet did not revlieve me of having to sit with the finance Mgr., despite having financing in place and my request to not go through that "song-and-dance." Thus my trip to the dealership took longer than I would have liked. Gary G. was great and I felt at ease throughout the process which went very smoothly. I would recommend Gary & this dealership as they are more interested in moving cars, finalizing the sale, and giving the customer a good experience than brow beating & haggeling for endless hours on end. By the way, I love, love, love the car and how it handles (This after being a dedicated Mazda customer for 30+ years).
