Herb Gordon Subaru

This is the first car we've purchased online and everything went seamlessly. We were able to do what we needed over email and the phone and then showed up to pick up the car and do the paperwork. John R was able to make sure we got the car we wanted with the few simple extras we desired and didn't hound us about anything else. I wish my previous car buying experiences had been this easy. I especially appreciated John walking us through all the features of the car after we were done with the paperwork - he even set up my bluetooth to work with my phone! We were directed to Herb Gordon through Costco and AAA, and definitely understand why those reputable companies choose to do business with the Herb Gordon dealership. Highly recommend!
