Purchasing a new vehicle at Herb Gordon Subaru was a very pleasant experience for me. There were no games that are so typical of car dealers. My sales consultant, Lakshman S, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and straightforward. The same can be said for the finance manager, Rod A. I can hosestly say that there was no part of the process that wasn't fully explained to my satisfaction. I have no doubt that when I am in the market for a new car in the future Herb Gordon will be my first choice.
