From the very outset, from introduction to test drive to deal discussion and eventual sale, Lakshman, our salesman, was a true professional, polite, considerate and straightforward. He quoted a bottom-line price for the 2014 Outback I was interested in with no pressure at all. Also, the business manager with whom we worked the next day to complete the sale, as expected reviewed all the add-on options but did not use any high pressure tactics to get us to purchase the extras. We did decide to buy an add-on Subaru service warranty. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable. This was the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Herb Gordon. Each transaction was pretty much as this last one.
