Rich C. at Herb Gordon Subaru was a pleasure to work with. Did a great job helping me find the model of Subaru Crosstrek that I wanted, in the rare color that I wanted, even though options were scarce at the end of the model year. He helped me figure out which options I wanted on the car, weeding out choices that I really wouldn't get much use out of. He was also very clear about the pricing of the car and in light of quotes from other Subaru dealers, the price was fair.
