The Sales Consultant was knowledgeable and quick with advice (both to buy and to not buy) when asked for recommendations on options. The dealership offered extended warranties and other high profit coverage policies, but when I said no, that was that - no pressure. This is the second car we've bought from Herb Gordon, and they're top on the list for the next time we're shopping.
