If you go here, plan on a LONG process dealing with incompetent persons that have no clue about taking care of a customer. Customer I'm saying, not prospective customer. They will shmooze up to you, try to tell you anything to get you to buy. Once you sign, kiss any customer service goodbye. Try calling here and can't even leave a voicemail for your contact because they don't have voicemail! And this is 2014?! No one returns calls and if you call there be prepared to be put through to countless clueless people who keep shifting you to the next incapable person. We are taking all of our business fleet and personal cars (of which Darcars dealers Lexus, Toyota, Ford, VW Etc. had all our business) and going elsewhere. A simple courtesy call would have changed a lot! good riddance
