I was forced to trade in my 2010 Highlander as a result of some major repairs that were required. Unfortunately, I still owed quite a bit of money on the vehicle. Emerson and Rodney and the team worked with me to get my monthly payment as low as possible. We were there until close to 10pm. They were willing to answer all of my questions. Emerson was even willing to provide his person contact information if I had further questions or didn't understand something.
