My husband surprised me with a new car just because. But before he could tell me about my surprise, he couldn't stop talking about Ron Askew. He kept raving about Ron's exceptional customer service, his genuine care and understanding of our needs, and how he perfectly understood what my husband was looking for in a car for me. He talked so much about Ron that I absolutely had to meet him. I insisted that my husband pick me up from home so I could get my new car and finally meet Ron in person. When we arrived back at BMW, Ron greeted us with the biggest smile. He was the kindest, most polite, and least pushy salesman I had ever encountered. He made us feel incredibly comfortable with our purchase. Unlike most new car salesmen who always try to upsell and push some kind of "deal" that's not really in the customer's best interest, Ron was never pushy. He was solely focused on meeting our needs and ensuring we understood the entire process from A to Z. Working with Ron was nothing short of amazing. I wish I could give him 100 stars instead of just 5. He truly deserves to be named Mr. AMAZING.
