BMW of Silver Spring

My 2019 BMW X3 started leaking from the roof antenna (!?) this summer and the water shorted out the electronics until fault warnings lit up dashboard like a Christmas tree. Then, while the car was in the dealer's repair shop, the power steering unit failed for unexplained reasons. Since it was a BMW, the cost of fixing that was absurdly high (nearly $10K) for a five-year-old car. So I decided to get rid of it. At that point, sales consultant Dave Davila stepped up. He arranged a fair price for the trade in and got me into a new 2024 BMW X3 30i for a reasonable price. We negotiated over the phone yesterday and I drove the car home that afternoon. Dave was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgable, helpful and considerate. He spent hours showing me and my wife how to operate the new features, and making sure we were happy with the purchase. I love driving the car and fiddling with the new features, and I give Dave a five-star review for getting us through the process. I just hope the new BMW performs better than the last one.
