This is our 3rd BMW purchase from Miguel Mendez @ BMW of Silver Spring, and I have to say, it is very likely we would not have purchased these vehicles had it not been for Miguel. He is extremely professional, patient, well spoken, and knowledgeable. He is available to you all year round to talk to you about your current and your future car. Buying a car from him is what the car-buying experience should be. We 100% recommend him to all our friends and family to go see him when it comes to buying a luxury car. As for BMW of Silver Spring, we would also recommend them 100%. The team there is super professional, they do their best to put us in a loaner when we take the car to the shop. Our service professional is Delfin Green, he is exceptional, responsive, and always in a good mood. Del listens to you, and he does his best to tend to our needs. Overall, most of the team @ BMW of Silver Spring are very professional and organized, everyone from the front desk to the service department personnel are very respectful. We love that dealership.
