I had the pleasure of working with Ron recently to purchase a car and he was a delight to work with! From the moment I walked into the dealership, he greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He took his time to listen to my needs and preferences, and patiently answered all my questions. Most importantly, he never pressured me into making any decisions and allowed me to take my time to make the right choice for me--this is rare among sales agents at dealerships and I appreciated it. He has also been easy to reach since the purchase and he is always available to answer any questions I have (if I miss him, he calls back as soon as possible).
