I’ve bought many cars from Silver Spring BMW. I have always had a great experience with my sales guys. However, Mr. Harold Shelby was definitely ONE of a kind. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about the cars. He is very friendly and doesn’t treat you like a client. He treats you like a friend. We bought the XI and he made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car. If I had any questions he answered them. He came on the road with me and showed me all the bells and whistles my car had to offer. I had more questions after I took the car home and he had no problem when I called him for anything.
