Joanna McCarthy, General Sales Manager, did wonderful job finding and securing our 2023 Z4 after another BMW dealer told us that the BMW was no longer producing that model year of the car. She was super helpful in the design and ordering process providing us updates on the car even before they appeared My BMW garage app tracker. Joanna coordinated the car delivery day processes and paperwork; her efforts made the event perfect! Joanna introduced us to Gen Awanohara, Business Manager, he provided us all the options in a no pressure manner, setting up the paperwork over the phone, thereby reducing our time at the dealership on car delivery day. On car delivery day, Gen went through all the documentation, gathered our information and signatures professionally and efficiently, our best car buying paperwork experience to date! Nate Vitek, Client Advisor, guided us through the car delivery day, introduced us to our new Z4, walked us through the My BMW app and answered our questions. He was a big help setting up the car for the ride home and quickly assisted when we came back with an odd unrecognized tire message. Nate’s efforts made the car delivery process all the better! Finally, Mr. C in the Parts Department, topped off the car delivery day by providing advice about the Z4 car covers. He also sold me a BMW ball cap for sun protection during future top-down rides. He was very polite and super helpful! Overall, our sales and car delivery day experience at BMW of Silver Spring was outstanding! We’ll let our friends know that if they want to buy a BMW in Maryland, they should go to BMW of Silver Spring. Thanks again!
