BMW of Silver Spring

After checking out at 2 dealers (with long wait at MB or lack of interest in us at Audi), we went to Nate to inquire about BMW X5. It was a game changer! He knows all the functions, informs us of different options and pricing, and is very precise on the delivery timeline ( he is right on spot in the end!). As a result, we decided to go with Nate immediately, ordered the car and sought his advice in adding options and color choice. In comparison, 1 month later, I stopped by another BMW dealer close to my house to check out- it turned out the sales person gave out wrong info including a delivery timeframe that is completely off. Thank you, Nate, for the best car buying experinece we have had and yes, we thoroughly enjoyed the new ride.
