BMW of Silver Spring

This was our first experience with a BMW dealership, but we have purchased luxury vehicles before. The experience at BMW of Silver Spring was just wonderful! We called in advance to make sure the Z4 we were interested in was still available, and Harold Shelby said it was, and that he would have it parked out front for us when we arrived. First Class Guy, that Harold. Informative, kind and so helpful! Harold set up test drives for us and helped us make sense of the all the technology that comes on today's cars. He ushered the car through the final inspection to make sure it was ready for us to take it home, and we were off and running. Love the car and loved the experience of working with Harold!
