BMW of Silver Spring

We had a great experience leasing our second BMW from this dealership! We worked with different people this time and our experience was even better then it was in 2014. Brittany Barrett and Max Moyer exceeded all our expectations! Brittany is a true professional and a great person. First of all, she knew everything about the car and answered every single question we had before the test drive, during and after. Secondly, she was always very polite, patient and extremely easy to work with. After we ordered our car, Brittany constantly followed up with emails updates on car's build and progress. We are taking a car delivery at the BMW Performance Center in SC, and Brittany sent us information to make sure we will have a great experience there. Finally, she has never applied any pressure in any aspects of our communications and all experience was not stressful at all. I can say with a full confidence, Brittany is the best car salesperson I purchased my car from. Max Moyer met us when we arrived at the dealership and assigned Brittany to work with us. Every time he passed by, he stopped and made sure our experience was top notch! He constantly inquired if we had any additional questions, needed anything to drink or he could help us with anything. When we visited the second time to sign the papers, Max kept coming over to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. Not to sound cheese, but Max is the best car sales manager we have ever bought a car from. I also want to give kudos to Gen Awanohara, the finance manager. It was great working with him. All in all, We were very impressed working with Brittany, Max and Gen. What a great team at the MileOne BMW of Silver Spring!
