BMW of Silver Spring

I had a very good experience with Nate in the purchase of my 2023 i4. I initially requested information / test drive from another local dealership and they were not consistent in communication so it never happened. However, Nate at Silver Spring was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. After our initial test drive he helped me with customization and placing my order. He kept me informed throughout the process and was always realistic with delivery expectations, which I more than appreciated. When I picked up the car, he made sure I was satisfied and was very patient. I am extremely happy that Nate was able to assist me with my first custom build order. I am enjoying my car so much!
