I originally wrote them a negative 1 star review. However, upon further investigation, It was discovered that the cause of the delay was actually due to the error with the DMV and not the dealership. They actually did quite an excellent job in trying to make things right, but some aspects were literally out of their hands. I appreciate Matt for handling everything with grace. My apologies, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a BMW!
